This is a private webshop, so your store does not have to share prices or customer data with third parties. Thanks to the built-in check on the date of the last contact lens examination, you can also ensure proper follow-up of regular eye checks.

The following items are adapted to the profile of your own business. This personalization is included in the total price:

  • Contact details for customers, including a link to your website and Google Maps to your address. Orders arrive by email and can also be viewed through the management area
  • Logo and background image
    • You can choose from a number of preselected background images. If you prefer a different background, please note that it should be a light image with plenty of white or light colors
    • Rights for images and applications provided by us and added to the website are included in the total price. These are royalty-free images or images from iStockPhoto.com (Essentials Collection)
    • If you choose your own photos through iStockPhoto.com and they fall outside the Essentials Collection, you simply pay the listed price of the photo. Extra photos are billed directly
  • Possible changes to your personal text, such as welcome messages
  • Includes essential pages such as Sitemap, footer, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, right of withdrawal, return conditions and links to social media and appointment website if available
  • Full compliance with the latest EU regulations, with limited delivery within Belgium
    To make delivery outside Belgium possible as well, ask us for a personal quotation.

One-time payment formula

  • Agreement until End of Life
  • You pay once for our webshop. Hosting and domain name costs (EUR 75 for hosting, EUR 25 for a domain name) are not included and are payable annually.
  • Our support and technical maintenance are included as long as you use the product or until its end of life
  • You can keep using the webshop until the product reaches End of Life and is discontinued
  • We guarantee that the webshop can be used for at least 5 years. This means we support the product for at least 5 years, and probably longer
  • Hosting and/or domain name can be cancelled annually with 1 month notice before the renewal date
  • We arrange the setup and registration with Mollie.com, the payment platform. We handle setup and registration, but the agreement with Mollie is direct and without our involvement. Once your webshop is active, we only have access to the technical part of Mollie and cannot change payment data
  • We set texts, logos and images as much as possible according to your preferences. This is included unless major software changes are required
  • You receive the right to use the LensShop application
  • We manage hosting and/or domain name for you. External hosting is not possible. Our hosting guarantees 99.9% uptime. A domain name is registered in your name, with your email address
  • No setup costs. Prices exclude 21% VAT
